Christmas Returns
If you’re buying lighting for yourself or as a gift this Christmas, you’ll have a full 90 days after delivery to return your order — and returns are free for all UK customers. Depending on when your order arrives over the festive period, this means you’ll have until February or March to send it back.
Please note that we can only accept returns from the person who originally placed the order, not from the gift recipient.
Extended Returns & Refunds
At Tiffany Lighting Direct, we pride ourselves on offering our customers first-class service. That’s why we offer extended returns all year round, not just on Black Friday and Christmas orders.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your lighting and wish to return it, you have 90 days from when your order was delivered, and even better, UK returns are FREE!
Please be aware that we can only accept returns from the person who originally purchased the product(s) from us, not from the gift recipient.
Can I return my order?
Yes of course. If you’ve changed your mind, please return within 90 days from delivery in its original condition & packaging. You can send the order back to us or we can arrange a return via Evri for you for FREE! (UK only). We’ll exchange or refund your order, as long as it meets our terms & conditions explained below.
By original condition, we mean:
- You’ve kept all original packaging in excellent condition and the product can be resold at full price.
- You haven’t used the product or installed it.
How do I return?
At the bottom of our website, you can click the link start a return fill in your order number and email address and arrange your FREE return (UK Only). Alternatively, please contact us by email at sales@tiffanylightingdirect.co.uk (please provide your order number) and we can arrange a return.
- Please do not write on the product boxes or use brown packaging tape; Doing so might incur a re-boxing fee as this reduces the item(s) value. This fee may be deducted from your refund.
- Please apply your courier label to the external box with clear Sellotape – do not write on the box. Do not use brown tape to re-seal boxes.
When will I get my refund?
If you return your order using our returns service or return an item using a courier, you arrange then we will normally issue a refund once the item arrives back and is checked at our warehouse. We will then issue a refund as quickly as possible and within 14 days.
How can I return an international order (EU & North America)?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 90 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 90 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If you prefer, we can arrange return shipping on your behalf. Please contact us to discuss available options and costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges:
- Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges on international orders. If you wish to order a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.
