Once your order is placed with Tiffany Lighting Direct, we will send you an email confirming your order. Within 1 hour, you will receive another email detailing an estimated dispatch timescale for when you would expect to receive your goods.
Orders placed after these dates may not arrive in time for Christmas.

International Orders
For Christmas delivery on orders to the USA and countries within the EU, please place your order on or before Friday, 12th December
Delivery is Free to anywhere in the UK on orders over £70, and £5.99 on orders under.
We will check and pack your order in our warehouse and then ship it with either DPD or DHL. Both offer one-hour delivery windows to our customers, meaning you won't have to wait in all day. We may also deliver directly from the supplier; we will inform you of this in your delivery update email. We will always aim to use recycled packaging wherever possible.
We recommend booking your electrician after you have received & checked your order.
Yes, of course. You have 90 days from delivery to change your mind. You can send the order back to us, or we can arrange a return via DPD, Royal Mail or Yodel for you for FREE! (UK only) - If you want this option, just complete this form and we will advise you of your nearest drop-off point.
We will replace it, it's as simple as that. We ask that all breakages be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may be able to change your delivery address for you before it leaves us. If your order has already been dispatched we are unable to change the address. Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect and we will do our best to change it.
Yes, you can. We offer local pickup from our warehouse during checkout as an option. Once your order is ready for collection we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection date.

For Christmas delivery to destinations within the EU, please place your order no later than Friday, 12th December.
For deliveries to Europe please allow between 5 -10 working days extra for your order to arrive.

EU Taxes, VAT & Duties
All prices displayed on the product page are inclusive of all applicable VAT and duties.
The amount shown at the time of purchase constitutes the final price payable by the customer. No additional taxes, duties, or fees will be charged at checkout or upon delivery. By completing the purchase, the customer confirms that all necessary charges have been settled in full.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service department at sales@tiffanylightingdirect.co.uk as soon as possible. Cancellation requests that we receive and process before an order has been dispatched will be accepted, and the customer will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
We hope you love your order, but if not — no worries! You have 90 days from delivery to return unused items.
Here’s how it works:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund back to your original payment method (this usually takes 5–10 business days).
A few things to note:
- We don’t currently offer exchanges on international orders — but you can return your item for a refund and place a new order.
- Gift cards and final sale items can’t be returned.

North America Taxes, VAT & Duties
Due to ongoing uncertainty surrounding import tariffs, we regret to inform you that we are temporarily pausing all shipments to the United States. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate you’re understanding during this time.
When placing an order for North American delivery, the price you see on a product page does not include UK value-added tax (VAT).
UK VAT will not be charged to your order. You will be liable for Import duty, Customs handling charge and your country’s VAT on the amount of the order. This is collected by the courier from you before delivery takes place.
On February 1, 2025, the United States announced changes to the tariffs levied against goods originating in China, Mexico, and Canada.
Immediate changes relate to goods with a Chinese and Hong Kong Country of Origin effective from 00:01 on 4 February 2025.
Here are the changes for goods with Chinese/Hong Kong origin stated in the Executive Order:
An additional 10% of Duty will be added to the existing duty rate of parcels with a Country of Origin of China or Hong Kong, which varies by the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS)
This means that for shipments that contain goods that have an origin of China/Hong Kong the following applies:
- If the shipment is under $800, there will be no duty to be applied
- If the shipment is over $800, an additional 10% of Duty will be added to the existing duty rate of any CN/HK items which varies by HS Code. Other items will also be assessed for Duty at the current rates
This is expected to be a temporary measure and is subject to change at any time, we are working closely with our network to keep you updated.
