If for whatever reason you wish to return part or all of your order (UK Only), please either submit a request or contact customer services.

You have 90 days from delivery to change your mind & return your order.
International Returns
You may return any unused products in their original packaging for a full refund within 90 days after you receive your order. please contact ourcustomer service team.
Yes you can use LEDs and we recommend you use for a warm white LED lamp bulb. LEDs use upto 85% less energy than traditional incandescent lamos, saving you money.

Ordering & Shipping
We recommend booking your electrician after you have received & checked your order.
Once your order is placed with Tiffany Lighting Direct will we send you an email confirming your order. Within the next hour, you will receive another email detailing an estimated dispatch timescale when you would expect to receive your goods.
Once we dispatch your order, we will then send another e-mail confirming your order is on its way and will be delivered via a courier company on a next working day service. For deliveries to Europe & North America please allow 5 working days extra for your order to arrive.
We will replace it without hesitation. We take every care to pack your delivery and make sure it arrives in perfect condition. We know that sometimes accidents do happen and in the rare event of your order arriving broken we will replace it immediately.

Yes, you can. Our phones will be on between 9.00 am-5.00 pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Please call 01572720599.
If we are not able to take your call right away, then please leave us a message and a member of the team will call you back to take your order as soon as possible.
We will always attempt to have all the items in your order sent in one dispatch, however, it may be necessary to send your lights in more than one box and in more than one delivery. In these cases, we will advise you this is going to happen. You will only be charged for a single delivery even if we send your order separately.
We may be able to change your delivery address for you before it leaves us. If your order has already been dispatched we are unable to change the address. Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect and we will do our best to change it.

We will send you an email to let you know when your order has left our warehouse and is on the way to you.
When your order is ready for dispatch (UK Only) it will be collected a delivered via DHL, DPD or FedEx on a next working day signed for service.
European orders will be delivered using a DHL Express road service.
North American orders will be delived using a DHL Express air service.
If you need to change any details on your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make changes to your order.
We understand not everyone is comfortable placing orders online and sometimes things go wrong with the internet. Please contact our customer service team on 01572 720599 and a member of our team will help you through the order process or will be more than happy to take your order over the phone.
Yes, you can. We offer local pickup from our warehouse during checkout as an option. Once your order is ready for collection we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection date.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Once orders are dispatched we can not stop them, however, if you no longer want your order, please refuse the delivery and it will be sent back to us. Once we receive the return we will contact you to confirm you no longer want the order and we will refund you.
Our system will automatically confirm lighting orders to the email address you enter when ordering online. If an email address is entered incorrectly, we will be unable to confirm your order. Sometimes emails will get delivered to your spam folder, so it's always worth checking this folder. If you want to double-check that we have received your order, then please just contact us with your details and we can check your order status.
We currently ship to the UK, EU, USA, and Canada. If your country is not listed here, then we may still be able to ship to you. Please contact our customer service team for a delivery quote.
When placing an order for European delivery, the price on a product page does not include UK value-added tax (VAT).
When you checkout on our website we will calculate the VAT & duties you need to pay, and these will be added and collected when you checkout. So, all taxes & duties will be paid on completion of your order and no extra charges will be due.
When placing an order for North American delivery the price you see on a product page does not include UK value-added tax (VAT).
UK VAT will not be charged to your order. You will be liable for Import duty, Customs handling charge and your country’s VAT on the amount of the order. This is collected by the courier from you before delivery takes place.
Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).
Oh no! Hopefully, this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!
If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!
If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please contact us and we will contact the carrier
Product Information
Yes, we include all the fittings you will need when you buy a ceiling or wall light. If you are buying a replacement shade from this section of the website then we will only send a replacement shade, this will not come with fittings.

Yes, on many of our ranges we offer a broad range of lighting that includes table lamps, ceiling lights and wall lights. We are also able to mix and match with many of the fittings, so if you see a base that you would like to see with a different shade, call us and we will do our best to show you how it looks.

Yes, but this is entirely dependent on the type of bulbs and dimmer switch used. Never use a non-dimmable LED or CFL with a dimmer switch, you run the risk of damaging both the lamp bulb and the switch.
Your light will not come with bulbs unless you are ordering a light with an integrated bulb. We do supply LED lamp bulbs for most lights, we have included this option above the add-to-cart button on product pages or we have a collection featuring all the bulbs we supply.
Most of our ceiling pendant lights are fully adjustable. Our Tiffany Pendants and Inverted Tiffany Pendants will have the minimum and maximum drop written in the technical data section under the picture of the product. The height is adjusted by taking out links in the chain, as simple as that!

Yes, you can. Visits are by appointment only, so please contact us to arrange an appointment before you travel.

We work hard to include as much information about our products in our product descriptions on the product page, but if there’s something more specific you’d like to know please start a chat or contact us.
We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message and we'll make sure to let you know when you will be able to order it again. You can also add your email address to our out-of-stock notification section on an out-of-stock product page, we will then notify you when the product becomes available again.

Returns/Refunds
If for whatever reason you wish to return part or all of your order (UK Only), please either submit a request or contact customer services.

You have 90 days from delivery to change your mind & return your order.
If you return your order using our returns service or return an item using a courier, you arrange then we will normally issue a refund once the item arrives back and is checked at our warehouse. We will then issue a refund as quickly as possible and within 14 days.
